As part of the sixth largest system of higher education in the United Stated, the Tennessee Board of Regents institutions offer diverse opportunities for the citizens of Tennessee.   

Through the Regents Online Continuing Education Program, the forty-six TBR institutions are able to offer public service, not-for-credit instructional programs and services to individuals and groups external to the Regents Online Continuing Education Program.

These ROCE public service courses are designed to inform, educate and increase awareness of issues that affect the state of Tennessee and its citizens.

Below you will find a list of public service courses.  All these courses are free and provide immediate access.
