A Better Life For Tennesseans Through
Continuing Education.

The growing recognition of the importance of training and upgrading the skills of the Tennessee workforce has a
significant impact on the economic development and well
being of the state of Tennessee.  The proposed ROCE
program is a collaborative effort with the Continuing
Education departments of the TBR’s twenty-seven
technology centers, thirteen community colleges, and six
universities to address the state-wide workforce development
needs in Tennessee.  Through ROCE, online training has
the potential of reaching individuals in remote regions across
the state.

Prospective participants for these online courses will be
individuals who are interested in acquiring a new skill or
improving existing skills for advancement or Continuing
Education Units (CEUs) for certification and/or recertification
to maintain credentials in a specified field of study/work.

Programs and Courses

ROCE offers an extensive Continuing Education program in a non-traditional method for adults 18 years of age or older regardless of their educational background.  Continuing Education courses are designed to meet the demanding schedules of the workforce.  We are a provider of training for industry related certified programs. 

Through short term training, ROCE offers courses designed to upgrade skills, improve organizations, industries, economic performance and provide personal enrichment courses for persons who wish to obtain knowledge and learn new skills...all available online. ROCE program costs vary by course; fees are non-refundable once program starts.
