Records Management teaches a practical approach to all types of filing systems and their complexities. The student will become proficient in the key filing systems (alphabetical, subject, geographical, and numeric) as well as learning micrographics and electronic storage of record. The student will learn to apply the Association of Records Managers and Administrators (ARMA) guidelines for storing records and rules of filing. The student with a basic knowledge of Records Management may use this course as a review. |
