Gary Storts is the Director of e-Learning Instructional Design Center for the Tennessee Board of Regents Online Degree Program (RODP).  The RODP coordinates certificate and degree programs offered by the47 Tennessee Technology Centers, colleges, and universities of the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR).  Mr. Storts joined the Board of Regents staff in September of 2006.

Prior to joining TBR, Mr. Storts was the Director of Distance Education at Jackson State Community College in Jackson, Tennessee.  Mr. Storts has participated in the development of dozens of online courses and has taught several online classes. Mr. Storts was also an online student, earning his Masters' degree as an online student.

Mr. Storts is currently a doctoral student at Tennessee State University and holds an M.Ed. degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University, 2004. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1984.  He has presented at several national and regional distance education conferences.
